The FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton is committed to providing accessible performances and programs for everyone to enjoy. Our facility was designed to meet the latest accessibility standards and includes:
- Elevator access
- Facility-wide wheelchair accessibility
- Accessible parking
- Wheelchair and limited mobility seating in the Mattamy Theatre and MinMaxx Hall
- Caption services for select performances and lectures
- Accessible signage, surfaces, finishes and acoustics
Access 2 entertainment
Pick up an Access 2 Entertainment card at our box office. This card allows a support person to enter an event or performance free of charge as long as they are accompanying a person with a disability. This program helps to remove the financial barriers associated with accessing cultural events as an individual who requires a support person.
Service animals
Service animals are welcome within the facility. Please contact the box office when booking your seats to ensure comfortable arrangements are made for you and your service animal.
Booster seats
Booster seats are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis at the coat check area. This helps younger audience members access and view our performance.
