Notes on rental fees
Our rental rates and fees are effective Jan. 1, 2024, and may change, pending Town Council Approval. All rental fees are subject to HST. There are a few exceptions that can impact your booking fee:

For ticketed events, you will either pay the base rental fee or 10 per cent of the gross box office receipts, whichever is higher

Community groups and organizations may qualify for the reduced affiliated rates through the Town of Milton Affiliation Program

Off-peak rates are available for performances booked Monday to Wednesday by affiliated or standard clients
Box office services
All tickets are sold exclusively through the Chudleigh's Box Office. You can purchase tickets online or in-person for all shows and events. MinMaxx Hall offers an intimate space featuring a sprung dance floor, state-of-the-art theatrical equipment and lighting, and telescopic seating. This facility can accommodate up to 200 guests, depending on the room set-up and has a variety of features, including:
